Cold Heading Thread Rolling 

Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. has hundreds of sets of advanced multi-station cold heading thread rolling equipment, with the greatest cold heading forming ability and longest components in China. Products have strong mechanical properties after cold heading processing, high resistance to fatigue, precise sizes, and beautiful surface streamlines. Heat Treatment

Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. possesses advanced international heat treatment equipment, and has processing capacities including carburizing, quenching, tempering, black surface treatment and more. The products are first processed with surface dephosphorization, then put on the loading rack for uniform emissions carburizing. Quenching is used next to increase the hardness of the steel, and high-temperature tempering is next employed to reduce the hardness of the steel and increase its plasticity. Automatic control systems can accurately monitor the operational status of the equipment in real time to ensure qualified and stable product performance.
