thread rolling equipment, with the greatest cold heading forming ability and
longest components in China. Products have strong mechanical properties after cold heading processing, high
resistance to fatigue, precise sizes, and beautiful surface streamlines. We use
the foreign brand tooth plates and thread rolling dies to make sure that the
rotational fitting degree of the screw threads is optimal, and provide processing
before or after heat treatment to meet the requirement from the various

Monitoring systems and statistical process control have been introduced into
the cold heading process to ensure the diameter tolerance of the products is
20μm or less, and the data from the production process is analyzed for
statistical difference. The Six Sigma management approach is comprehensively
practiced to maintain continuous improvement and lean production.

Heat Treatment
Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. possesses advanced international heat treatment equipment, and has processing capacities including carburizing, quenching, tempering, black surface treatment and more. The products are first processed with surface dephosphorization, then put on the loading rack for uniform emissions carburizing. Quenching is used next to increase the hardness of the steel, and high-temperature tempering is next employed to reduce the hardness of the steel and increase its plasticity. Automatic control systems can accurately monitor the operational status of the equipment in real time to ensure qualified and stable product performance.
