Raw materials coils are mainly from cold forged
steel produced by several high-quality domestic steel enterprises like Shanghai
Baosteel, Xingtai Iron and Steel, Maanshan Iron and Steel, Xiangtan Iron and
Steel and others. All the raw materials are recorded when they enter the
factory and inspection is carried out. Tracing through the system, we can
obtain the production furnace number for the wire coils and their process flow
before entering the factory, realizing the integration of information
technology into all processes. Our quality staff first checks and records the
following aspects: size, weight, appearance, chemical composition, metallography,
decarburization layer, factory labels and raw material certificate.
Phosphoric Acid Pickling

material restructuring with a monthly processing capacity of over 8,000 tons.
Key technologies from raw material spheroidizing, pickling, phosphating and
saponification to the suction line can be independently controlled. Eagle

systematically manages and tracks the key factors of people, machines and
materials that affect product quality from the procurement and receiving of raw
materials and restructuring to fine line storage to ensure that the quality of every
link during the process can be instantly controlled and tracked.
The
factory of Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd. in Kunshan has introduced a
fully-automatic foreign pickling line, which can automatically detect the
chemical composition within the pickling line and adjust the acidity according
to the current status to ensure that the wire is processed in a stable
technical process. 360-degree water cannons inside the line can ensure a smooth
surface and fewer material defects and improve the corrosion resistance of
surface coatings after being painted, thus upgrading the pickling line and
improving the quality of the phosphoric acid pickling processing.
Spheroidizing Annealing

spheroidizing annealing furnace and the most advanced spheroidizing annealing
technology to automatically conduct reforming heat treatment on the cold forged
steel and special steel. The whole system can be specially controlled and monitored,
and the good-quality furnace structure and automatic gas control
can avoid decarburization well. After the spheroidization, the crystal structure
nodularity of the alloy steel wire is excellent, the hardness is
well-distributed, the quality is stable, and the normal temperature workability
is excellent. Eagle Metalware Co., Ltd., referring to the standards in JB/T5074-2007 Low and Medium Carbon Steel Spheroid Body Rating, decides on the
metallographic structure and identifies those above level 5 as qualified. Fully
automatic control and regular quality checks by personnel ensure the quality.

team from the wire coil department utilizes a standardized process. They can remold wire rods
with multiple techniques, including rough suction, precise suction, double spheroidizing and
suction, triple spheroidizing and suction, etc. After pickling, raw material
can be cold processed with different molds, and be drawn into wire rods in
various sizes, ranging fromΦ 0.8 mm to Φ 42.0 mm. The engineering department
will confirm the suction process according to the requirements of the order,
and make sure to use superior quality lube oil. During the stretching process, the tension of the dual frequency variable speed motor is stable, and the metal flow is in
good condition without folding when the wires are reformed, and crystalline structure
is fine and homogeneous. This fully guarantees the high quality in restructuring the wire.
